International Abductions

On a recent John Walsh Show,(Air Date:2/16/2003) International abductions was the topic.currently there is more than 1000 American children who have been taken by parents who do not have the right to take them out of the country. This petition is to force the I N S(Immigration and naturlation service)add an exit and entrence visa onto the passports of children starting from birth to age 20. if the non custodial parent needs a copy of a passport and cannot provide a birth certificate or officially signed papers from a court stating they have custody of the said child or children, or have more than 1 over seas passports they are not to recieve the new copy. this also forces governments to surrender stolen American children immidiately without haste or sanctions will be levied on them.
