Jeff should have been on Ellen Today sharing his love of the Spice Girls!

Recently, Jeff Stewart was contacted by the Ellen show, because of his love of the Spice Girls. After spending hours on the phone, taking pictures, and pitching his story, it seemed that he might be receiving a phone call or something else from Ellen or a Spice Girl. Victoria Beckham/Posh Spice was to be on the show, and it seemed Jeff would be featured as part of her appearance. He has been on pins and needles all week, unable to sleep or focus on work as he has been waiting on the phone call that seemed imminent.





Instead, another "fan" was chosen from the audience. She received a trip for two to London for a week as Victoria's guest as well as tickets to the Spice Girl's show there. Surely this girl is a fan, which is why they chose her, but I can assure you she is not a fan the way that Jeff is. In fact, Jeff would gladly challenge the young lady to a Spice Girls trivia battle, name that tune battle, or any other type of Spice battle. I can assure you he would win.





Jeff Stewart has spent thousands of dollars and millions of hours on the Spice Girls. His pristine doll collection, featuring all five of the girls, books, posters, cds, movies, and even a video game are a testament to his love of the band. He has traveled all across England to see solo and group concerts from the band.





Jeffs only goal is to see the Spice Girls as the tour for one last time. This is not something we can accomplish on our own, as we are both in graduate school and do not have the money to fly somewhere to see the show and buy tickets to the show.





We who have signed this petition feel that the Ellen show has made a grievous error in their exclusion of Jeff from the Spice Girls related episodes. His unwavering dedication to The Spice Girls, his optimism after their last album about future appearances of the band, and his deep desire to see the group in concert make him a perfect candidate for recognition from the Ellen Show, as the worlds all time biggest Spice Girls fan.
