We, the undersigned, know our quality of life depends on the quality of our jobs. We understand that the economic crisis we face and the outsourcing of jobs is just as critical as any disaster our state and communities have faced. Our jobs are in jeopardy due to corporate greed and their race to the bottom for lower and lower wages. We endorse the Grow Kansas Campaign, a grassroots movement to support, maintain, and bring new jobs to Kansas. We believe government must be an active partner in effort to maintain and create quality jobs. We will ask elected officials to support legislation and government policies designed to keep quality jobs in our community. We will stand side-by-side with all workers, fighting for their jobs, by joining their efforts to save Jobs Worth Fighting For.
