Justice for Chica

We, the undersigned, acknowledge that Daniel Culligan of Bucks County, PA is facing a felony charge of arson and a misdemeanor charge of animal cruelty for setting his living female tabby cat "Chica" on fire and tossing her from a balcony, resulting in a painful and horrific death. We agree that Daniel Culligan should be prosecuted and punished to the fullest extent allowed by law and should never again be allowed to possess an animal. His current cat should be removed from his possession and placed in another home for its protection.
