Dear Sirs,
we, the undersigned, ask you to take action against the people who are responsible for the shocking animal cruelty that occurred in San Antonio Texas, involving the torture of a pet cat belonging to Michael Gallegos. Please, we ask the authorities to investigate this case and make sure that the criminals will be prosecuted.
We cannot accept this kind of behavior and will inform the US government to investigate this kind of cruelty that seems to be accepted as normal in this country. Do not abandon this cause this child has taken action in such horror as an adult would. A 13 year old boy knows the limits between right and wrong.

These acts are horrific and anyone engaging in such acts should be prosecuted to full extent of the law. The cat should be rescued and found a proper home.
