We, as educated and experienced gamers, with a working knowledge of contemporary videogames and the violence portrayed within ask the publishers and developers of both todays and tomoorows games to stop forgiving us our sins and allow us to be punished for our actions. We no longer wish to kill, maim, murder, torture, injure, terrify, incapacitate, headshot, burn, explode, corrode, poison, run over, jump on, jump through, stab, slash, slice, punch, elbow, knee, thigh, head butt, fist, finger, toe, pull, push, prod, poke, or otherwise fatally endanger the existence of a virtual human, vegetable, mineral or alien representation of such without undue provocation, or in the defense of our own virtual lives, without receiving in return a punishment of reciprocal proportions.
