Justice for Third Parties

It only truly represents the views for a fraction of all Americans, and thus does not promote the general welfare, as provided for in the preamble of the Constitution.
It creates a political cycle that is designed to deny any so-called minor party or third party from establishing itself as a viable party within the American government which manifests itself in a series of intricate laws and ballot-access requirements that vary among every state in the Union, and thus does not establish justice politically, as provided for in the preamble of the Constitution.
It does not allow for a political atmosphere in which all people feel free to express their true opinions, and thus does not secure the blessings of liberty, as provided for in the preamble of the Constitution, or adhere to the declaration that Congress shall make no lawabridging the freedom of speech, as provided for in the First Amendment to the Constitution.
Therefore, we, the Undersigned, do hereby petition the Congress of the United States of America for the following amendments to both federal and state law so that this unjust system can yield to one of political freedom and justice:
We demand the elimination of all official designations of major parties and minor parties or third parties.
We demand the establishment of an identical set of requirements for each party in each state to gain ballot access in that particular state for all federal elections without exception, which include:
A functioning state party executive committee that controls all funds, determines all candidates (with optional assistance from a state convention) and files all candidate information.
A uniform timeframe in which the filing of all required information for candidacy (along with any uniform fee, if necessary) must be completed to the Secretary of State of the given state.
We demand the elimination of all petition requirements for candidates in which a certain number of signatures must be obtained by his or her respective party to gain ballot access in a federal election, so long as the candidate meets the requirements established under the second demand.
We demand the elimination of all organization requirements for candidates in which a convention or caucus must be held by his or her respective party to gain ballot access in a federal election, so long as the candidate meets the requirements established under the second demand.
We demand the elimination of all voter registration requirements for candidates in which a certain percentage or aggregate number of registered voters in a given area must be registered with his or her respective party to gain ballot access in a federal election, so long as the candidate meets the requirements established under the second demand.
We demand the elimination of all election performance requirements for candidates in which a certain percentage or aggregate total of votes must have been totaled in the preceding election by his or her respective party to gain ballot access in a federal election, so long as the candidate meets the requirements established under the second demand.
Therefore, be it resolved that we, the Undersigned, do hereby petition the Congress of the United States of America to remove the vestiges of a bipartisan system that has prevented this American government from being a true democracy for almost 230 years and thus send it toward an era of political justice, political freedom, accurate representation, and a truly democratic outlook upon the nation it serves.
