Peter Dunne is to change the Misuse of Drugs Amendment Bill to allow him to ban any substance that might cause harm, Under the proposed law, the minister could gazette pretty much any substance that could result in harm — salt, caffeine, icing sugar — therefore making it a class C substance. There would be no public scrutiny or medical/scientific advice.
Basically we want to keep Kronic / Synthetic Cannabis available for us - Rather then the illegal alternative,
Sure i believe that it should be health checked to make sure it is of no harm to us - But it's a controlled drug - So why not just control it, and not ban it.
I aiming to get as many signatures as i can to show the government how many people are behind it.
