Keep the BU GSU USPS Open

On behalf of Boston University students, faculty, and staff, and the residents of Boston, MA, I am asking that you join the cause of keeping the Boston University (BU) George Sherman Union (GSU) United States Postal Service (USPS) open.

According to the workers at the BU GSU USPS, there is a possibility that the GSU branch will be closed down. Certain sources have informed me that enough business is currently being conducted to keep the post office open. Therefore, there is no reason that it should be closed.

If the GSU branch is closed, not only will it be an major inconvenience to students, faculty, staff at Boston University, but it will also leave many workers unemployed. With the current economic crisis, we should be doing everything possible to improve circumstances, and that means keeping workers employed.

So I ask you to please join the cause and invite everyone you know to sign this petition.

A decision is supposed to be made around the first or second week of October, so please HURRY and SIGN.
