Less strict dress code for RVHS.

This petition is for all RVHS students who think that we should be able to where what we want in school. I feel as if its unconstitutional to not let us students dress the way we want.
If i want to where a hat im out of luck. Not just me, but other students want to where what thay want also. I still have not gottin a justifiable reason as to why we must have a dress code.
