Let the runner without legs on the Olympics

Oscar Pistorius lost his legs in the first year after his birth. His strong will and spirit made him an athlet, "the fastest man on no legs", champion of the Paralympic games. His dream is to compete at the Olympics, but recently he was denied this possibility because the tests made on his artificial carbon legs, demonstrate important advantage over the other athletes. Dispite this advantage, Pistorius is still much slower then the able-bodied champions. He is even half-second below the Olympic 400m race qualifying time.
His personal motto is: "You're not disabled by the disabilities you have, you are able by the abilities you have", and he is not giving up. To him, the disqualifying decision of the International Association of Athletics Federations (IAAF) is another obstacle to overcome, just like he had and he has overcomed, since he was born. In 2007, Pistorius was awarded the BBC Sports Personality of the Year Helen Rollason Award, which is conferred for outstanding courage and achievement in the face of adversity.

I believe that Pistorius should be admited at the Olympics. He should be admited as representative of his country South Africa, and as representative of the humanity and the Olympic spirit.
The all-mighty Nature made an exception on him. First by taking him the legs, then by giving him the faith and the will we can only admire. No matter what the rules are, we should make an exception too.
