Lets force the UN to make countrys move over to hydrogens and stop hydrocarbon fuels e.g. Petrol

The time is now. We need to impose the UN to get countrys to agree on a proposal to fund heavily in hydrogen, fuel cell and other renuwable fuels. The Time is now, we can't carry on burning hydrocarbons e.g. oil, gas, coal. So lets reform
