stop boris johnson peanalising the working class. the working class builders and decorators, plumbers etc are being punished in this money making scheme. we are struggling to make ends meet as it is, yet he has burdened us with this con. i cannot afford a new van or a new exhaust which costs hundreds of pounds and i cannot pay £100 per day to drive in london, even though i live here. this is totally out of order another ploy to keep the working class man DOWN. is it right that everyone with a van registered before 2002 should have to pay extreme amounts of money for nothing? sign this petition so we can send it to him, then we can start the blockades in london.
