Locks on Toddler Room Door

This is a Petition to Install Combination Locks / Keypad on the doors at the Toddler Camp at The Family Academy of Bethesda.
Currently, the toddler camp outside doors do not contain and kind of combination lock or keypad. Anyone can walk into the classroom at any hour of the day by just opening the door. The director claims that the teachers can lock the door from the inside. However, I have never found the door to be locked at all when coming in to pick up my son.
We need our children to be safe. It should be the #1 priority and responsibility of all licensed daycare facilities.
When asked to install these locks/keypads, the director of the Family Academy of Bethesda replied Ill look into it. We parents pay a pretty hefty tuition fee, which was just raised, with no improvements at all.
