London Ontario Indoor Skatepark

We the skaters of London Ontario are formally asking for an Indoor facility to be implemented for skateboarding.
Seeing as St. Thomas has an Indoor park, we believe that London would make a great place for an indoor skate park, generating its main revenue during the winter period, but also during the summer when the other parks are crowded or it's raining.
We also believe if this park is designed well enough it could attract people to our city as there aren't many indoor parks available within Ontario.
As far as reliability towards injuries, each skater must fill out a waiver before entering the facility, thus making the owners not reliable.
(As Industry Skatepark in St. Thomas does.)
