Make Yahoo consider its custommers

Petition to make Yahoo consider it's customers

I have tried to access my yahoo account and my password was not working. I have tried to reset it and I got the message :

"Sorry, your password can't be reset online (9024)
For security reasons, we require you to contact Customer Care"

I contacted the customer care and I haven't got any answer in 4 days.

I have searched this problems on forums and I found out that thousands of users have the same problem, and it all started this weekend, when yahoo started doing some maintenance.
Why do we have to suffer for this? I have a lot of important documents in my email, it is not only about chatting

We have to do something. I think all of you that have this problem considered switching from yahoo to another email company.I have been using yahoo for over 10 years.

If yahoo does not solve this problem I will never use yahoo again.
