RTE, as the public service broadcaster, must be answerable to the public on all aspects of their output. Mark O'Neill-Cummins has been allowed to express his predujiced opinion of Bohemian Football Club's fans on more than one occasion, slurring the name of fans who are the lifeblood of the club, mainly due to his personal feelings about them. He has been given a platform to do this, largely impeded it would seem, through his 'Eircom League Focus' articles that appear regularly on Aertel.
We call upon RTE to either remove O'Neill-Cummins from his present role, or limit his biased rants against any group of fans by proof reading any of his future articles.
