More Vegetarian and Vegan-friendly Meals in the Fuel Zone

To Whomever it may concern,
As a Vegetarian, I am sick and tired of going to the Fuel Zone for my lunch, and on most days having the choice of either a Baked Potato or a slice of Pizza. There should be clear menu that is updated every day, displaying the Main Meals, including the Vegetarian or Vegan option. This is another piece of my argument. The fuel zone does not do a full Vegan main meal at all. The above are what I would like to change. There are thousands of meal options for vegetarians and Vegans, but these just seem to be overlooked.
