This is a petition for Motorola to address the grievances of Motorola Xoom owners. When the Xoom was being advertised there was an overwhelming sense that the SD card and advertised 4g LTE would be available in a timely manner. As a community in whole we feel this time has long passed. There have been no solid statements from Motorola as to why we have had this delay or when we can expect these updates, or an apology for the delay of these features
There are currently several tablets with Honeycomb (Android 3.x) that have released with a functional SD card slot with several others about to hit the market with both working SD card slots and 4G support.
We urge you to please communicate with your customers in a timely fashion. We made a considerable investment in our Xooms. Given this investment, we expected Motorola to provide the timely updates promised or an explanation for their delay. In addition, UK customers are frustrated as they have not received the Android 3.1 update and no communications from Motorola as to when they may get it.

Shame on you Motorola, you used to be known for quality/value, now you are trying to compete with the leaders. No SD slot is pathetic, it's like buying a car with no DVD for the Navigation, pointless, useless and unexcusable. I too purchased this product
