two agents from century 21, lois lauer forged my name 45 plus times, 37 of which were sent through the mail with the disclosures for the property i was buying- these disclosures came one week until close of the escrow. the agent i mainly worked with knew id never buy a house with it being a flood zone, cant build on it etc. etc. so, i cancelled escrow on this property and on my house i sold; the agent sold my home to an agent in the same office. after i cancelled, i got threatened for three days- the judge wont believe you on the signatures, you wont get your 15,000 back and youll be sued. i went to the police and they took a report. so, then my dad got threatened too. plus, it turns out they took a fraudulant loan on the sale of my dads home for 40,000 more. the agent sold the home to his girlfriend, then they used the loan money to fix it up to resell it. they also forged his name twice. then the agent that bought my home told me to sign a release. i refused. then they sued me saying i was to sell my home to someone else for 5,000 more; which was a lie. someone forged a counteroffer and an arbitration paper. and when i subpoenaed the docs for the handwritting expert, they said they dont have them. it has cost over 40,000 in attorney fees so far to try to stop them from hurting others.
