Permission to Download Disney Channel Classics and Disney Channel's Newer Shows

Alot of you have seen the newer Disney Channel shows such as The Suite Life of Zack and Cody, Hannah Montannah, and That's So Raven. Remember of the Disney Channel Classics, shows that used to be on Disney Channel that are no longer airing on Disney Channel like "Honey, I Shrunk the Kids the TV Show", "The Jersey", and "The Famous Jett Jackson"? Also, remember "Boy Meets World" and "Sister Sister which are still playing on Disney Channel, but "Sister Sister" and "Boy Meets World" are on at 1:00am and 2:00am in the morning Eastern Standard time. Alot of people are in bed by then and can't watch it. True, "Boy Meets World" is on ABC Family, but it's on from 2:00-3:00pm, and alot of kids don't get home from school in time to watch it.
I would like to start a Web site that would allow viewers to download episodes of the Disney Classics and of the newer Disney Channel shows at an earlier time. (If the viewers that don't have Windows Media Player or the right type of playr to download the episodes with, I will try to fix it to where they can download the player from my Web site at no or little cost.) However, I may have to get copyright permission to let viewers download tv shows from my Web site legally. You know what might increase the chances of me getting copyright permission? Alot of people signing this petition. The more signatures I have (especially if I have serveral hundred or several thousand signatures) the more opt the officials might be to give me copyright permission to let me let viewers download episodes from my Web site.
Your signatures are greatly and highly appreciated anytime. However, the sooner I get alot of signatures, the sooner I can turn them in and ask for copyright permission should I need to in order to let viewers download episodes legally from my Website. Then, I can start working more on my Website sooner. So if you want to catch some of your tv shows at an earlier time, I greatly encourage you to sign this petition.
