I got a retaliatory feedback from a marketplace bookseller because I complained that the book's condition was exagerated. The book was described as "Very good" condition - however it arrived with creases, wear and tear, and poor packaging. Certainly not VG condition. So not only did I get a bad book, but I got a bad feedback from this same person as well.
Why the hell should an Amazon seller be able to leave feedback for a buyer? Once you purchase an item from a seller, it's automatically charged to your credit card. It's not like eBay where you have an option of paying for an item that you won in an auction.
