WHEREAS, We believe in the Oklahoma Constitution;
WHEREAS, We believe in the right to trial by jury;
WHEREAS, We believe in the ability of Oklahoma juries to decide cases fairly;
WHEREAS, We believe Oklahoma juries are more capable than politicians in deciding the amount of damages suffered by a party;
THEREFORE, We oppose any legislative attempt to place a fixed limit on noneconomic damages.
