Petition to RBI to monitor Paytm for the increased cases of complaints and arrogance

Paytm after suddenly finding itself in demand after 8 Nov as resorted to an arrogant approach with very very pathetic rate and quality of response to customer complaints, if at all they choose to respond in the first place. The social media is increasingly talking about this experience. With people's money either stuck with blocked accesses, or illegal debits from accounts as complained by users on social media, it is very necessary that such unprofessional organisations are checked and regulated well. Else, they will be loose in the marker to create potential scams.
