Dear Mr. Chidsey,

As loyal and repeat patrons of Burger King, we the undersigned hereby present this resolution to you for your immediate consideration in your capacity as Chief Executive Officer of the Burger King Corporation.

Title of this resolution: 'Please return the 'limited-time'only' Cheesy Tots to the Burger King breakfast menu as a permanent menu item'

Text of this resolution:

Whereas, the Burger King system operates more than 11,000 restaurants in all 50 states and in more than 60 countries and territories worldwide, and as such is an important part of the national economy.

Whereas, Burger King has provided delicious breakfast menu items far superior than other competing burger chain fast food restaurants for many years.

Whereas, on April 4th 2006 Burger King introduced Cheesy Tots, a 'limited-time-only' breakfast menu item that was so delicious as not only attested to by the undersigned but also by the Chief Concept Officer of Burger King Denny Marie Post, who was quoted in a Burger King press release as saying: "And new Cheesy Tots are the ultimate, craveable side item. When we were testing them, we always had to make them twice because the first batch would disappear. They are unbelievably good."

Whereas, both the fast availability and attractive pricing of the Cheesy Tots, as well as the option to substitute them in lieu of the typical Hash Browns in breakfast value meals allowed millions of people to enjoy and also become accustomed to them each morning either at home, the office, or simply on the way to work.

Whereas, with the introduction of several other introductory breakfast menu items that have since become permanent additions to the breakfast menu, Burger King has shown that it is committed to offering breakfast menu items such as Cheesy Tots that are both innovative and are responsive to customer feedback.

Whereas, the Cheesy Tots were unceremoniously discontinued at most Burger King Restaurants anywhere from 8 to 10 weeks after their first introduction, and that the numerous consumers of Cheesy Tots were highly disappointed by their discontinuation.

Therefore, be it resolved by the undersigned, that:

Resolved, that we hereby call upon the Chief Executive Officer of the Burger King Corporation to act in his capacity to commission as soon as possible for the restoration of Cheesy Tots in the sizes and options as they were first introduced to the breakfast menu from their current discontinued status to a permanent breakfast menu item that will be enjoyed by consumers for years to come.
