Privatization of Auto Insurance in B.C. Canada ~

Dear citizens of British Columbia,
Since 1973 the people of B.C. have been subjected to a crown corporation that runs a controlled Monopoly on the Auto Insurance Industry in British Columbia.
What I am seeking to do is garner enough public support with this petition to add strength to a Class Action Lawsuit I intend to file, citing I.C.B.C. of being guilty of misappropriation of public funds & anti trust.
I.C.B.C. has shown that it cannot manage itself and it must be replaced with a competitive privatized system. Why our government has an anti-competition attitude in regards to our Auto Insurance is baffling. The price gouging and anti-competitive practices need to stop.
A 2002 survey finds that 74\% of BC supporters of the Canadian Taxpayers Federation want ICBC to face competition.
ICBC granted about $8.1 million in compensation bonuses to 852 Management and non-union staff for 2005 , Some earned 45\% percent of their base salary assuming that all targets had been met. Facts like these speak for themselves when rates go up and the consumers pay hundreds, sometimes thousands more than competing Insurance Industries in other provinces.
