Canatxx failed 3 times and is now applying under a different name in a last ditch attempt to ruin our lives in the North West... Now called Halite Energy they are applying for the 4th to application to acquire land and use 19 unlined caverns beneath the River Wyre to store enough gas to fill 18,000 of them ugly gas storage tanks you see beside the roads...(to give you an idea this much gas in tanks would stretch from Blackpool to the middle of France). This is not a safe or ecological way to store gas, it is also extremely dangerous vulnerable to leaks and terrorist attacks. Please read more at www.pwgroup.org.uk.
