PROTEST "FOAIA ROMANEASCA"

Rugam toti cei care citesc protestul alaturat si sunt de acord cu cele scrise in acesta, sa sprijine prin semnatura sa cauza singurului saptamanal al romanilor din Ungaria.

Asociaюiile civile ale romвnilor din Ungaria, autoguvernгrile romвneєti, reprezentanюii instituюiilor cu competenюг localг єi naюionalг, precum єi persoanele devotate protejгrii valorilor culturale romвneєti din Ungaria au luat la cunoєtinюг cu stupoare decizia grupului de lucru pentru pregгtirea finanюгrii presei scrise pentru minoritгюi, al Curatoriului Fundaюiei Publice pentru Minoritгюile Naюionale єi Etnice din Ungaria, luatг la 3 aprilie 2006, prin care, practic, este desfiinюat un ziar romвnesc ce apare de aproape 60 de ani.

Comisia Fundaюiei Publice anuleazг apariюia sгptгmвnalului Foaia romвneascг printr-o decizie politicг єi, оn acelaєi timp, favorizeazг, fгrг argumente profesionale, publicaюia bilunarг Cronica, susюinutг de Autoguvernarea pe Юarг a Romвnilor din Ungaria.

Avem convingerea solidг cг autoguvernarea pe юarг a оnfiinюat publicaюia mai sus amintitг exclusiv cu scopul de a anihila gazeta tradiюionalг a romвnilor din Ungaria, Foaia romвneascг.
Atragem atenюia factorilor de decizie asupra faptului cг legitimitatea conducerii actuale a Autoguvernгrii pe Юarг a Romвnilor din Ungaria este оn mod evident nesatisfгcгtoare pentru romвnii din Ungaria. Baza de susюinere a autoguvernгrii pe юarг este formatг din membri strгini de comunitatea romвneascг, оn primul rвnd din componenюi ai autoguvernгrilor ce funcюioneazг оn Budapesta, iar forul оn discuюie, la єedinюa sa de constituire, a interzis folosirea limbii romвne. Decizia luatг de grupul de lucru delegat de Curatoriu susюine indirect hotгrвrile acestei conduceri autoguvernamentale єi aduce prejudicii grave єi ireversibile libertгюii de exprimare єi a presei.

Semnatarii prezentului Protest le cer reprezentanюilor Fundaюiei Publice sг revizuiascг propunerea de finanюare fгcutг de grupul sгu de lucru єi, оn conformitate cu restricюiile financiare previzibile pentru 2009, sг asigure bugetul minim necesar pentru apariюia sгptгmвnalг a gazetei Foaia romвneascг, care are o valoare tradiюionalг pentru romвnii din Ungaria.

A Kцzalapнtvбny bizottsбga politikai dцntйsйvel beszьntetйsre kйnyszerнti a Foaia romвneascг hetilapot, mikцzben az Orszбgos Romбn Цnkormбnyzat бltal fenntartott Cronica cнmы kйthetente megjelenх ъjsбgot szakmai йrvekkel alб nem tбmasztott mуdon favorizбlja.

Meggyхzхdйsьnk szerint az orszбgos цnkormбnyzat a sajбt kiadvбnyбt kizбrуlag a kцzцssйg tradicionбlis hetilapja ellehetetlenнtйse cйljбbуl hнvta йletre. Felhнvjuk a dцntйshozуk figyelmйt arra, hogy az Orszбgos Romбn Цnkormбnyzat jelenlegi vezetйsйnek legitimбciуja meglehetхsen gyenge a hazai romбnok kцrйben. A romбn orszбgos цnkormбnyzat a tбmogatуi bбzisбt a kцzцssйg szбmбra ismeretlen tagokbуl бllу, fхkйnt a Fхvбrosban mыkцdх kisebbsйgi цnkormбnyzatokra йpнti, alakulу ьlйsйn pedig megtiltotta a romбn nyelv hasznбlatбt. A Kuratуrium бltal kikьldцtt munkacsoport dцntйse ennek az цnkormбnyzati vezetйsnek a tбmogatбsбt szolgбlja, йs sъlyos, visszafordнthatatlan csapбst mйr a szуlбs- йs sajtуszabadsбgra.

Protest
against the abolition of the only weekly gazete
in Romanian language from Hungary, Foaia romaneasca


Civil associations of Romanians in Hungary, self Romanian representatives of local institutions and national expertise, and people devoted to protecting the Romanian cultural values from Hungary are aware of the decision with stupefaction of the working group for the preparation of funding for minority media, the Public Foundation trustees for National and Ethnic Minorities in Hungary, taken on 3 April 2006, which practically abolish Romanian newspaper that appears almost 60 years.


Commission of Public Foundation cancels weekly gazete "Foaia romaneasca" through a political decision and at the same time, promote, without professional arguments bi-monthly publication "Cronica", supported by Self Romanian representatives of Romanians in Hungary (Autoguvernarea pe Tara a Romanilor din Ungaria)


We have strong believe that Cronica is founded only to destroy traditional gazette of Romanians in Hungary.

We make alert that the legitimacy of the current Self Romanian representatives of Romanians in Hungary (Autoguvernarea pe Tara a Romanilor din Ungaria) is clearly unsatisfactory for the Romanians in Hungary. Self Romanian representatives of Romanians in Hungary (Autoguvernarea pe Tara a Romanilor din Ungaria)(ATRU) is made up of members that are foreign to romanians, at first meeting of this organisation in Budapest was banned the use of Romanian language. The decision of the Working Group delegation that indirectly supports ATRU leadership and bring serious damage and irreversible freedom of expression and the press.


The signatories of this Protest require Public Foundation representatives to review the financing proposal made by the group and its work in accordance with predictable financial restrictions for 2009, provide the minimum necessary for the emergence of weekly Gazeta "Foaia romaneasca, which has a traditional value for the Romanians in Hungary.
