my name is linda heflin and on jan 10 2004 i lost my oldest son age 34 and his 2 oldest sons ages 11 and 10 to carbon monoxide poisoning. since then i have been trying to get passed into an ordinance' putnams ordinance' named by former city council member.
i am needing signatures to gain this ordinance.i will send it to cuba mo's city council. they will then see the need for the ordinance and the support.
