rape cases must result in Hanging the criminal

After being prooved of a rape case, a Rapist must must be punished by hanging instantly. 7 years of prisonment are not good enough. Every newspaper is full of the rape cases on daily basis. i does nt matter somebody is under age. In  the crime of rape, everyone must be treated by hanging (equally). if government can, why not a poll must be established from the people (citizens) that watever i am saying. "7 years are not good enough" 

i am also 20 years old. unlike others, i am strictly against this crime and has to be treated very strictly. this slow reaction of the government is destroying many life. i am not feeling very guilty today that i am a Citizen of india. The india, in which a female is treating like a garbage and a lot more. its just happening because of the government. Shame that an indian citizen feels everyday.
