I had sent two emails, dated 18/11/2011 and 5/12/2011, inquiring about delay in registration for land owner’s share and also requesting for speedy registration for the same. I also intimated you about Joint Commissioner of Income Tax summoning me for submission of all documents relating to my property, for a case against Chaitanya Properties Ltd. In pursuance of the same, and with this muddy backdrop in mind, the owners are notably not only upset but also worried, and would like to request for register their apartments at the earliest.
We hereby request you to kindly consider our petition, (signed by many landowners below) and arrange for registration at the earliest.
