Remove HOSTPCGJustice as a CL

The title really says it all. HOSTPCGJustice is one of the worst AOL CL's in recent memory. She is petty and unprofessional, treating players with little respect and even actively attacking them in various ways. Her abuses of power include: Hosting and playing at the same time, and upon occasion witnessing her own rolls (usually on the SN MicheleFortea), unjustly gagging various players, favoritism during hosting duties (i.e. chastising some for OOC and not saying anything to others), favoritism in duties as SL Department Head (Mira and Pharaoh have had to intervene numerous times due to her refusal to look at SLs written by those she does not like on an OOC level; these SLs were approved, as there was no real basis for denial), favoritism in duties as head of the Fiction Contest (submissions are rejected if submitted by those she dislikes, only those she likes on an OOC level are approved to work as judges, and she awarded second place to herself in the first contest she ran). HOSTPCGJustice is also known for being quite the rabble-rouser among the Black Bayou staff. After her character Chaz was killed, she appealed the rulings made by the ST and appealed the scene itself on an OOC basis. After much review, it was decided that all was legit. After that she decided to go over the heads of her fellow staff members, to appeal their rulings on the rulings. I think that alone should show that she's not really good or constructive as a CL. Thus, those people that have signed this petition, agree that HOSTPCGJustice is ill suited as a Community Leader on AOL, and should be fired from this position as soon as possible. She is making it very difficult to have fun in Black Bayou, which really ruins the point of what is supposed to be a game.
