This petition is to remove Mike Duffy from the Canadian senate.
He is there illegally and it is important that he be removed to maintain the integrity of the Canadian constitution.
Constitutional issues aside, Mr. Duffy has shown himself in his short time as a senator to be a very partisan member who cares very little about the issues that impact Prince Edward Island and far more about conservative talking points and furthering his own agenda.
Mr. Duffy needs to be removed from our senate to maintain any semblance of integrity.

MR Duffy is not an Island resident, hasnt been for over 30 years, has shown a blatant disregard for the rules of the Senate regarding where he lives , as well as monetary reimbursement of this. We do not need anyone representing us with no moral fiber.
