Request for an association to promote Abstract Strategy Games

I am an avid fan of abstract strategy games. I believe it is time that such games have an association to promote them. Such an organization would also serve as a governing body for abstract strategy games that don't currently have representation. The association would also work to provide a tournament structure to crown a world champ, not only in individual abstract strategy games, but also as abstract strategy game champion in general over all abstract strategy game. Members of the organization will decide what they qualify as an abstract strategy games and what games will be official games.
Therefore, as a fan of abstract strategy games, I sign this petition.
