Reservation or no reservation

Just not up petition but it is a need of the time and humble request to honourable president of India that if we want a developed India then we need to eradicate Or redefine the limits of reservation on the basis of financial backwardness instead of cast system up to some extent. It is not because I belong to General category but for the people I have seen poor have no cost but have an nationality called Indian.
