Insufficient pedestrian lighting is a growing concern on Ottawa Street.
Proper lighting would make parking and walking at night time on Ottawa Street much safer while keeping the area aesthetically pleasing.
It will also allow pedestrians and police to have a better idea of what they are walking into.
The current situation is creating fear and hurting business on Ottawa Street. It is truly a safety concern for anybody in the area.
