We, the undersigned, implore the WB Network to give the 2004 version of Dark Shadows a chance.
We were cheated in 1991 when the second version of Dark Shadows began the same night as the Gulf War. Airing the show after war coverage at different times each week never gave that show a fair chance.
Yet, after all these years, their remains a huge built in audience for the horror genre and for Dark Shadows.
DVDs of the original Dark Shadows series are a huge seller for MPI Video. Huge crowds continue to show up for Dark Shadows Fan Events. Pomegranate Press continues to sell out it's print runs of various Dark Shadows books.
The audience is there, waiting.
