North West Cancer Research Fund is appealing for gyms and spas across the region to remove their sunbeds.

The Facts
• More than a quarter of a million 11 to 17 year olds are risking their health by using sunbeds.
• The risk of cancerous melanomas is increased by 75% when the use of tanning devices starts before 30 years of age.
• International Agency for Research on Cancer’s categorise sunbed use with the same risk factor as smoking cigarettes.
We need as many signatures as possible to help North West Cancer Research Fund show gym and health centre owners throughout the North West that sunbeds are not wanted.
