Show Steven Stamkos you want him to come home

Let’s show Steven Stamkos that we would like him to come home and play for his home town hockey team!   For the sake of clarity we would like to emphasize that this "petition" is not a formal request, but rather an acknowledgement of fans in the hopes that Steven Stamkos would consider returning to his home town and play for the home town team.   It is our desire that the home town team would do whatever necessary to facilitate his return to play hockey in southern Ontario.   This list of fans is simply to show the appreciation that southern Ontario has for Steven Stamkos. We respect his prerogative to play wherever he wishes, but we the fans would love to see him come home.   Steven Stamkos has a current contract which is fulfulled at the end of the 2015/2016 NHL season. This contract will not deter us the fans from relaying to Steven Stamkos to keep his home town in mind for his next place to play.   By placing your name on this list you acknowledge that you are in no way directly or indirectly, professionally or otherwise affiliated or employed with any team, organization, or ownership in the National Hockey League, the National Hockey League Player's Association or any  player agent or agency.   Thank you for your support.
