We, the undersigned, strongly support the 1/17/11 Rabun County Planning and Zoning Office notice to comply directed to George Freisam and Peachtree Village Partners LLC;
TO REMOVE DIGITAL ILLUMINATED SIGN FROM THEIR BILLBOARD ON US HWY 441
Violation of Code Section 38-75 (a) and (b), Lighting Restrictions and Prohibitions to be corrected on or before 1/27/11.
The Concerned Citizens of Rabun County beseech the Board of Commissioners to take whatever steps necessary to enforce compliance of the CODE OF ORDINANCES
of RABUN COUNTY, GEORGIA.
Furthermore, the Concerned Citizens of Rabun County also believe existing regulations should be updated to require that ALL planning and zoning variances go before the County Commissioners with full and adequate notice given to the public for their input.
