Sit Delhomme Down, Use Carr

This petition is for all the fans who have followed and feel that Carolina Panthers quarterback Jake Delhomme has had plenty of time as a starter, and his results have done nothing but declined and David Carr should start the 2007 NFL football season! Carr had terrible seasons as a starting quarterback in for the Texans, but it wasnt really his fault. The Texans were just starting out as an expansion team, and had a terrible offense line, therefore leaving him with no time to throw the ball, and basically no protection.

This petition is to tell the Carolina Panthers coaches, and team management that it is time to sit Delhomme down, we know you signed Carr for a reason, lets see what he can do!
