This petition is to ban the Greyhound racing on the Cranbourne Racing Track.
The greyhound racing industry has been given plenty of opportunities to reform, and has failed at every turn. It's time this inhumane industry was shut down – not just in NSW but nationally.
"Investigation footage shows naturally gentle dogs provoked into displaying aggressive and violent behaviour in 'blooding' sessions. Those who don't race fast enough to turn a profit are often killed — sometimes they are shot."
