Stop the hacking of Runescape accounts

My son's account on Runescape continues to be hacked and taken away from him. I have attempted to contact Runescape and it's creators numerous times. It seems to be harder to get the account back than it is to take it. Then when gotten back it is immediately taken again. There is obviously not a penalty in place against those that take over others accounts because the same person continues to take the account away from my son. I want to get the Gower brothers to actualy do something about this. This account is a service that we pay for and feel that if it is hacked something should be done about it. Help us tell Jagex and Runescape they need to take action against this theft by signing this petition. This company needs to be held accountable and this is the only way I have found to try and accomplish this.
