Currently, only 20 States within our Union provide Employment Protections against Discrimination on the basis of Sexual orientation. Passage of the Employment Non Discrimination Act (ENDA) will provide such protections for Americans in all 50 States.
We, the undersigned, are concerned citizens who urge our leaders to act NOW to enact legislation entitled the Employee Non Discrimination Act(ENDA)that will provide basic protections against discrimination in the American Workplace on the basis of ones sexual orientation. We the undersigned believe such basic employment rights should be extended for all Americans including protections against Discrimination on the basis of Sexual Orientation.
