We, the residents and workers within the City of Sanger, feel the need for the City of Sanger to synchronize the traffic signals on Academy Ave from 5th Street to North Ave.
This will not only have the benefit of reducing the long and frequent delays at traffic signals, but also reduce the unnecessary congestion along Academy Ave. This will also promote safety through the proper use of speed limits; signals synchronized to a certain speed will yield the best travel time and least number of signalled stops, creating a positive motivation for a driver to obey speed limits.
