The Good, The Bad and the Lazy

Basically, I have a friend who spends his time out of school all the time, even in term time. We calculated on average he got 40\% attendance of school since the start of Year 11 in 2004. The percentage value in where getting under it someone would get a letter home about concern would be 90\%. For this reason and because he's a fat, lazy person, he needs to go to school. He has been pretending to be ill to get doctor's notes and has been taking medication that was wrongly prescribed to him. I can't believe that the school hasn't done anything about it, so i'm creating this petition for the P half Year 11 in George Spencer School, Stapleford, Nottingham.
