The, "If it doesn't contain curds, it shouldn't be allowed to be called a poutine" Petition

I agree that, in order to be named a "poutine" the dish in question must contain cheese curds, and not substitute a shredded cheese formula or other non-cheese curd substance. I also agree that any dish claiming to be poutine containing no curds shall henceforth be defined as "fauxtine". I agree that it is an insult, to not only French-Canadian culture, but Canadian culture as a whole. I also agree that any dish claiming to be poutine containing no curds shall be subject to false advertising laws. I agree that this is a serious issue that needs to be addressed and brought before Canadian Parliament.
