We, the undersigned, request that Time Warner Cable of Houston add The Horror Channel to their lineup when it becomes available in October 2004.

We believe that The Horror Channel would not only be welcomed with open arms by current Time Warner Cable subscribers, but would attract many new subscribers as well.
