Tor abuse on Rapidshare

Rapidshare have refused to block tor users, despite the fact they are losing money from the abusers in question. Tor is a service to enable high anonymity for its users, and therefore makes the user appear to have a different IP, thus allowing people to use high bandwidth on Tor servers to download huge files and get away without paying premium, however, this method of bypassing the purchase of a premium account is becoming harder, because so many people have caught onto this and that results in each Tor IPs limit being already used up, which shows the amount it is being abused. Tor users who also use rapidshare not only slow down rapidshare for other users, it also means that the Tor network, a high anonymity service, is being slowed down considerably. When we requested them to block tor users, they sent us a load of garbage in the form of an auto-reply. This petition has been made to demonstrate to rapidshare that this is a serious matter which many people feel needs to be dealt with. Thank you for signing this petition and please leave a comment.
