Transgendered Healthcare

National Healthcare in the United States to Transgendered People, whether its surgery on genitals, surger face, electroysis, chest surgery etc or even psychological treament it should paid by all insurance companies especially by the fedral goverment. A side note a national healthcare system paid by the goverment to the citzen or alien to live as transgendered person or any other healthcare system for all peoples. Note if one comes out as TS whether in boot camp at military school or as fulltime or part time military personal this person shall be kept in the military treated a transgendered person given hormones and helped to transition whether stated above especially the sex reassignment surgery, no ostrutation to this individual will be tolerated.
